Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outfits.
Assist customers with styling, fittings, and product selection.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Maintain VM (Visual Merchandising) standards and store presentation.
Manage billing support, stock replenishment, and inventory coordination.
Handle customer queries and after-sales service professionally.
Stay updated with new collections, fabrics, and fashion trends.
Minimum 3 years of experience in women’s ethnic wear retail.
Experience in premium fashion boutiques is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Robust selling and styling ability.
Positive attitude, grooming, and customer-first approach.
Basic computer/POS billing knowledge is an advantage.

Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
