Trainer - HR Department
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct induction and training programs for recent hires.
Provide regular skill development and refresher training.
Monitor employee performance and identify training needs.
Maintain training records and reports.
Ensure company SOPs, grooming standards, and service protocols are followed.
Motivate and guide teams to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in training, HR, hospitality, wellness, or service industry preferred.
Solid leadership and team management abilities.
