Position: Payment and Process Specialist

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end post-payment processes after payment confirmation from the Client Handling Team.
Accurately mark and update payment details in the CRM system.
Send payment confirmation and process-related emails to clients in a professional manner.
Allocate and coordinate work with the Execution Team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Update and maintain records in the Finance Module of the CRM.
Manage store credit and refund-related activities within the CRM system.
Negotiate with clients regarding store credits and refunds in line with company policies.
Prepare,



submit, and track Credit Note Forms and Invoice Forms.
Perform necessary actions in the Store Credit and Refund Module of the CRM.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and closure of all assigned cases.
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth operational workflows.
Allocate work to the Execution Team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate or above from a recognized university.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and client-focused personality.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to recent tools and processes.
Positive organizational and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and finance processes is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
