Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Procure HVAC materials, equipment, and accessories as per project requirements.
Source and develop reliable vendors for HVAC products and services.
Compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors.
Coordinate with project, design, and stores departments for procurement planning.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors regarding deliveries.
Verify invoices, delivery challans, and material quality before processing.
Maintain procurement records, purchase reports, and documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages.
Ensure procurement complies with company policies and budgets.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Purchase Executive in the HVAC industry.




Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant qualification.
Positive knowledge of HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, and ventilation materials.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Purchase Management Software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
