About the Role

RNVP Technology Private Limited is looking for a Physical Verification Executive who will be responsible for conducting field visits to verify customer/applicant information, residential or business addresses, documents, and other details as required. The role requires regular field visits, positive communication skills, attention to detail, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct physical verification visits at residential, office, and business addresses.
Verify customer/applicant identity, address, and other submitted information.
Collect and cross-check relevant documents and supporting information.
Interact professionally with customers, neighbours, business owners, and other concerned persons.




Capture photographs and other verification details as required through mobile applications.
Identify discrepancies or incorrect information and report them to the concerned team.
Prepare accurate verification reports after completing field visits.
Update verification status and case details in the company's internal system/app.
Complete assigned verification cases within the defined TAT.
Coordinate with the backend/operations team for case closure.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Follow company policies, verification procedures, and quality standards.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong observation and verification skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, internet, and mobile applications.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
