Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive – SCM to support day-to-day supply chain activities, including purchase coordination, vendor follow-up, material planning, inventory monitoring, and delivery tracking.

The candidate will coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Vendors to ensure the timely availability of materials and smooth project/production operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day SCM and purchase activities.
Coordinate with vendors for material availability and delivery schedules.
Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
Track material requirements and delivery status.
Follow up with suppliers for pending and delayed materials.
Coordinate with Stores and Production teams for material requirements.
Maintain purchase and supplier-related records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly SCM reports and MIS.
Monitor inventory levels and support stock control activities.
Coordinate for material inward and documentation.
Assist in vendor comparison and quotation analysis.




Follow up for quotations, commercial details, and delivery commitments.
Update ERP/Excel systems with purchase and material information.
Coordinate with Quality for incoming material inspection, when required.
Escalate material shortages, delays, and supply issues to the concerned team.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase and supply chain activities.
Support cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives.
Perform other SCM-related activities assigned by the manager.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of Purchase and Supply Chain processes.
