Key Responsibilities:
Counsel clients regarding Study, Visitor Visa options.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable visa solutions.
Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries professionally.
Explain visa procedures, documentation, and eligibility criteria.
Maintain accurate client records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the documentation team for smooth processing.
Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Visa/Immigration counselling (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi will be an advantage.
