Position Responsibilities
The role will involve the following critical activities:
Oversee end-to-end fund accounting cycle across PE, Private Credit and Hedge Funds
Oversee and Review of Financial Statements and regulatory reporting




Ensure deliverables adhere to agreed SLAs, SOPs, and control frameworks
Act as escalation point for complex client queries and operational issues
Liaise directly with clients through calls and emails and build strong working relationships
Drive process improvements, automation and operational efficiencies
Participate actively in hiring process including screening, interviews and talent selection
Support business growth initiatives and assist in scaling operations for current mandates
Contribute to knowledge building across asset classes by conducting internal training and building SMEs
Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, training material and knowledge repository
Manage team capacity planning and performance management
Mentor Managers and conduct periodic reviews
Engage in transitions and recent client onboarding projects
