SakhiGrow is a women empowerment platform dedicated to helping women and girls build careers, develop digital skills, start businesses, and access work-from-home opportunities. Through training, entrepreneurship programs, digital services, and partnerships, SakhiGrow aims to create sustainable livelihood prospects across India.

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executives who can help expand our network of learners, trainers, business partners, NGOs, educational institutions, MSMEs, and women entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities for SakhiGrow.
Promote SakhiGrow's courses, work-from-home opportunities, entrepreneurship programs, and digital services.
Build relationships with MSMEs, startups, NGOs, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), colleges, coaching institutes, training centers, and women entrepreneur communities.
Conduct calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients and partners.
Onboard trainers, mentors, referral partners, and franchise partners.




Prepare proposals, quotations, partnership agreements, and presentations.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for successful client onboarding.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Build long-term relationships with clients and partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
