Instagram Enquiries & Client Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly, well-spoken and organised person to handle Instagram messages and client enquiries for our bridal makeup page.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to Instagram DMs, enquiries and booking requests.
Share makeup packages, pricing and service details with potential clients.
Follow up with enquiries and convert genuine leads into bookings.
Maintain clear and professional communication with brides and clients.
Collect booking details and coordinate with the team regarding availability.
Keep track of enquiries, follow-ups and confirmed bookings.

Requirements
Good communication skills, especially in English and Malayalam.
Polite,



friendly and skilled approach.
Quick and consistent in responding to messages.
Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media.
Experience in customer service, sales or social media is a plus.
