About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our sales team. Your primary responsibility is to identify and qualify potential customers, and pass warm leads to our sales closers to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and other outreach methods
Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and needs
Maintain and update a database of prospects and lead status
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
Follow up on cold and warm leads to keep prospects engaged
Report lead generation results to the team leader regularly




Requirements
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, persuasive, and persistent personality
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage but not required ( fresher can also apply)
Willing to work in office
