Job Overview

Responsibilities:
Install and configure CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
Configure DVRs, NVRs, IP Cameras, and HD Cameras.
Troubleshoot CCTV-related technical issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
Ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment after installation.

Technical Support:
Provide onsite technical support to clients.
Attend service calls and resolve customer issues promptly.
Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
Coordinate with customers regarding system requirements and support.

Hardware & Networking Support:
Troubleshoot basic computer hardware issues.
Configure network devices and connectivity settings.
Assist with system setup and peripheral installations.

Requirements:
Fresher to 1 year of experience in CCTV Installation or Technical Support
Knowledge of IP Cameras, HD Cameras, DVR & NVR Systems
Basic Computer Hardware and Networking Knowledge
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
Hindi & Gujarati communication skills required




Own two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory
Willing to travel for onsite client visits

Pay: ₹8,157.51 - ₹25,000.00 per month
