We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage core HR operations, including recruitment, policy implementation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Coordinate with department heads for HR planning and execution
Prepare and maintain HR documents such as KPIs, KRAs, and job descriptions
Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities
Manage employee relations and grievance handling
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
