We are looking for a HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day people management.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, people-oriented, and eager to build a career in Human Resources. You will work closely with the HR team and get exposure to the complete employee lifecycle in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates.
Post job openings on relevant job portals and recruitment platforms.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screenings and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Assist with joining formalities, onboarding documentation, and employee records.




Support HR in maintaining accurate employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, reports, and internal communications.
Support employee engagement activities, Fun Friday events, celebrations, and team initiatives.
Assist with employee queries and coordinate with the HR team for timely resolution.
Help ensure HR policies and processes are communicated and followed.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Support the HR team with other day-to-day HR and administrative activities as required.

What You Bring
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Solid interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable communicating with candidates and employees skilled
