Key Responsibilities : -
The ideal candidate should have robust architectural knowledge, excellent coordination and communication skills, and a proven ability to take ownership of projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects within defined timelines and quality standards.
Lead and manage large-scale architectural and institutional projects from concept/design development to execution.
Take complete ownership of project deliverables, coordination, quality, and timelines.
Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Identify project risks, delays, and coordination issues and take corrective action proactively.
Understand client requirements and translate them into clear architectural and project deliverables.
Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, landscape, faade, fire, sustainability, acoustics, interior, and other specialist consultants.
Ensure integration of consultant inputs with architectural design and documentation.
Review consultant drawings and identify conflicts, discrepancies, and design coordination issues.




Monitor the quality and progress of work produced by the team.
Establish transparent responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Review architectural design development, planning, detailing, and construction documentation.
Ensure that design intent is maintained throughout project development and execution.
Assist in resolving complex design and technical issues.
Coordinate with site teams during construction and support resolution of design-related issues.

Requirements : -
Proven experience handling large-scale projects, preferably institutional, educational, commercial, corporate, Urban development, campus, or mixed-use developments.
Experience managing projects through multiple stages of design and documentation.
Demonstrated experience in client management and consultant coordination.
Solid understanding of architectural drawings, documentation, detailing, and constr
