About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment.
Perform fitting, assembly, welding, and fabrication work as assigned.
Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Report equipment issues or abnormalities to supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper housekeeping in the work area.
Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams.

Eligibility Criteria
ITI Pass in Fitter or Welder Trade.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of industrial machinery, tools,



or welding techniques.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Positive learning attitude and positive work ethic.
