Description:

Area(s) of responsibility:
Work closely with business stakeholders (Sales, Service, Operations, Supply Chain) to understand and document CRM requirements.
Analyze manufacturing-specific processes such as lead-to-order, order management, forecasting, dealer/distributor management, and after-sales service.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Support Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reports (as needed).
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (Salesforce Developers, Architects).
Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and sign-off.
Drive data quality, CRM adoption,



and process standardization.
Prepare documentation including BRD, FRD, test scenarios, and training materials.
Perform requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, and functional design documentation.
Conduct solution assessment and validation to ensure alignment with business needs.
Coordinate project activities including planning, tracking, and execution of deliverables.
Monitor timelines, dependencies, risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and escalate risks/issues when required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
Support release planning, change management, and post-go-live support activities.
Ensure requirement changes are assessed, documented, and approved by stakeholders.
