Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Generate high-quality leads and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments.
Track key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop ad creatives.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with Meta advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements:
Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.




Knowledge of lead generation, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics is an advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
