Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Design& Development - CAD Engineerto join our team with Experience of 7 To 8 years minimum

Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for fabrication, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
Translate concept designs into precise shop drawings for production and installation teams.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and fabricators to refine drawings and resolve design challenges.
Maintain consistent file organization and version control of CAD documents.
Ensure all drawings comply with manufacturing processes,



material specifications, and safety standards.
Provide technical support to the production team throughout the fabrication process.
Identify and recommend design improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Participate in project meetings to align on scope, deadlines, and design intent.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar CAD software.
7 to 8 years of Experience in custom fabrication, scenic design, metalworking, carpentry, or exhibit construction.
Strong understanding of material properties, fabrication techniques, and assembly methods.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across USA departments.
