Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and industry trends.
Set up meetings with potential clients and present Carpetizers’ services effectively.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and enhance satisfaction levels.
Follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates and close deals.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Optimization
Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts with revenue goals.

Negotiation & Deal Closure
Support in contract negotiations, proposal development, and deal structuring.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical business practices.
Coordinate contract execution and post-sales relationship management.





Reporting & Data Management
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Update CRM systems with customer details and sales progress.
Generate daily and weekly reports on call performance and lead conversions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Certifications in Sales, CRM, or Negotiation Techniques are preferred.
