About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead our Accounts & Finance function in a growing real estate organization.

The role will involve managing the Accounts & Finance team, project-wise financials, cash flow, compliance, MIS and overall financial controls. The person should be hands-on, responsible and capable of working directly with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your role alignment, you will be involved in:
Accounts & Finance
Managing the complete Accounts & Finance function
Review of accounting, ledgers, bank reconciliation and finalization of accounts
Monitoring project-wise expenses, costing and profitability
Managing receivables, payables and vendor payments
Finance & Cash Flow
Preparing and monitoring cash-flow statements and financial forecasts
Monitoring project budgets and expenses
Managing fund flow and working capital
Identifying financial risks and reporting them to management




Statutory & Compliance
Ensuring timely GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances
Coordinating with auditors and consultants
Maintaining proper documentation and audit-ready records
MIS & Reporting
Preparing monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet and cash-flow reports
Preparing budget vs. actual reports and variance analysis
Providing financial information and recommendations to the Managing Director
Team Management
Managing, guiding and supervising the Accounts & Finance team
Assigning responsibilities and monitoring team performance
Ensuring accuracy, timely completion and proper financial controls
What Were Looking For:
812 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred
Experience in managing an Accounts & Finance team
Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST and TDS
Positive understanding of cash flow, budgeting a
