Job Summary_
The Procurement & Business Development Manager is responsible for overseeing pharmacy and optical operations across all clinics, including procurement, inventory management, regulatory compliance, sales growth, staff training,



and business development. The role focuses on ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue growth._
Key Responsibilities_
Manage procurement and sourcing of medicines, optical products, medical devices, and clinic consumables.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors; negotiate pricing and ensure timely procurement.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, minimize expiries, and ensure accurate stock records.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, licenses, SOPs, storage standards, and statutory requirements.
Drive pharmacy and optical sales through pricing, product mix, promotional activities, and customer engagement.
Identify recent business prospects, partnerships, and expansion initiatives to increase revenue.
