About the Role

We are looking for a Client Acquisition Executive to grow our Recruitment Services business by identifying potential companies, connecting with HRs/Business Owners, pitching our recruitment solutions, and converting prospects into active clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B recruitment leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, references, and other channels.
Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Business Owners, and decision-makers.
Understand client hiring requirements and present suitable recruitment solutions.
Pitch paid recruitment/placement services and negotiate commercial terms.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into signed clients.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team for successful candidate sourcing and placement.
Maintain a database/CRM of prospects, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly lead generation, client onboarding, and revenue targets.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Robust sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, HR services, staffing, or business development will be preferred.
Ability to confidently communicate with senior HR professionals and business owners.
Positive follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who is sales-driven, confident, highly proactive, and comfortable with outbound calling and B2B client acquisition, with a strong focus on converting prospects into paying recruitment clients.
