Role
Lead the Embedded & Electronics Engineering team with responsibility for Recent Product Introduction (NPI), product engineering, team management and technical readiness of products from prototype through production, validation and field deployment.
The Team Lead will manage and mentor junior embedded engineers while ensuring timely engineering delivery across the companys product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

NPI & Product Engineering
Lead Recent Product Introduction (NPI) activities from engineering prototype to production-ready products.
Translate product requirements into electronics, embedded and system-level specifications.
Define and review system architecture, microcontrollers/processors, electronic components and embedded subsystems.
drive engineering builds through prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT and pilot-production stages.
Lead PCB bring-up, firmware integration, subsystem integration and system-level troubleshooting.
Ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), serviceability and reliability.
Drive BOM optimization,



component selection, alternate-component qualification and lifecycle management.
Coordinate technical activities with mechanical, software, AI, manufacturing, quality and regulatory teams.
Support vendor evaluation and technical qualification of electronic components and assemblies.
Ensure smooth engineering transfer from R&D; to production.

Team Leadership
Manage and technically guide junior and mid-level Embedded Engineers.
Allocate product ownership and engineering tasks across the embedded team.
Review firmware, electronics designs, engineering calculations, schematics and test results.
Conduct regular design reviews and technical problem-solving sessions.
Monitor engineering timelines, deliverables and closure of technical issues.
Mentor engineers in structured debugging, verification, documentation and product-development practices.
Ensure accountability for assigned product develop
