Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries professionally through calls.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Maintain a polite and skilled communication style.
Resolve customer issues as per company guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow process, quality, and company standards.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Meet assigned performance and quality parameters.

Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass.
