Swift Security Services Inc. is looking for a motivated and professional Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This is an office-based B2B role focused on developing new business relationships and generating sales opportunities with commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new B2B clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research
Contact property managers, construction companies, warehouses, condominiums, retail businesses, and other commercial organizations
Generate leads for security guard, mobile patrol, fire watch, event security, concierge, and CCTV monitoring services
Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up with prospective clients
Schedule meetings and appointments with potential clients
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service presentations
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client communications
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Assist with RFP and tender opportunities




Work closely with management and operations teams to develop customized security solutions
Follow up on quotations and actively work toward closing recent accounts

Qualifications
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making outbound B2B sales calls
Skilled phone and email communication skills
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems, and LinkedIn
Previous experience in business development, sales, lead generation, staffing, security, property management, or a related industry is an asset
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Strong command of spoken and written English
