Job Summary_
The Accounts & Audit Manager will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative operations of MedoPlus clinics, including cash reconciliation, stock audits, vendor management, clinic administration, and profitability monitoring.



The role will ensure financial discipline, operational compliance, and effective utilization of resources across all clinics._
Key Responsibilities_
Ensure timely cash reconciliation, cash deposits, and verification of daily collections.
Conduct periodic stock audits of pharmacy, optical, clinic consumables, and fixed assets.
Identify inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, invoice verification, and payment coordination.
Monitor clinic-wise Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements and recommend measures to improve profitability.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, SOPs, and internal audit requirements.
Coordinate with Accounts, Operations, Procurement, and Clinic Managers for smooth financial and operational processes.
Prepare MIS reports related to cash, inventory, expenses, and clinic performance.
