General Manager - Job Roles & Responsibilities (Real Estate)
Lead daily business operations and company growth.
Manage sales, marketing, CRM, and operations teams.
Achieve sales, revenue, and business targets.
Build relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
Monitor team performance and conduct reviews.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalations.
Oversee budgeting, collections, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.
Recruit, train, and develop team members.
Report business performance to management and drive strategic initiatives.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
