Key Responsibilities:
Student Counselling & Support
Provide individual and group counselling sessions for students.
Address emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns.
Support students dealing with stress, anxiety, peer issues, and learning challenges.
Special Education Services
Identify students with learning disabilities, developmental delays, or special needs.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Teacher & Parent Collaboration
Work closely with teachers to implement inclusive classroom strategies.
Guide teachers on classroom management for special needs students.
Conduct parent counselling and regular feedback sessions.
Organize workshops for parents and staff.
Crisis Management
Handle sensitive situations such as bullying, trauma, or emotional distress.
Provide immediate psychological support when required.
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling (preferred):
Diploma or Degree in Special Education (RCI recognized preferred):
Previous experience in School Counselling is an added advantage
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
