Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, CRM, Telecalling, Site Executives, and support roles
Understand manpower requirements from department heads and management
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and schedule final interviews
Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation:
Ensure smooth employee onboarding and induction process:
Follow up with recent joiners to ensure successful joining and retention
Support HR operations such as attendance coordination, employee records, and compliance
Assist management with HR reporting and recruitment planning

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
