Role: Retainer-Tech Sourcing
Type: Contract for 1 year (renewable)
Shift: IST 11 am to 8 pm
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing: Headhunt US tech talent (Software Engineers, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.) via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and Boolean techniques across tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visas (USC, GC, H1B).
Screening: Evaluate technical competence, English proficiency, salary expectations, and work authorization fit.
Process Management: Partner with Account Managers to calibrate requirements, manage interview schedules, negotiate rates, and manage onboarding.
Reporting: Maintain ATS records and track metrics like submittal-to-interview ratios and time-to-fill.
Qualifications
3+ years of IT recruitment experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficiency with ATS platforms, major job boards, and MS Excel.
