Key Responsibilities
Sales and Target Achievement
Generate leads, follow up, and close deals
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Convert cold leads into active clients
Client Handling and Conversion
Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations
Handle objections effectively and close deals
Maintain relationships for repeat business
Field Work and Market Development
Attend client meetings and perform field sales activities
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Reporting and Follow-ups
Maintain daily reports of calls, meetings, and closures
Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects
Update CRM and manage the sales pipeline
Requirements:
