Key Responsibilities
Develop and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs.
Install, commission, and maintain automation systems.
Configure and troubleshoot VFDs, Servo Drives, Sensors, and Control Panels.
Diagnose and resolve machine automation breakdowns.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety standards during automation activities.
Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
Required Skills:
PLC Programming (Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Omron)
HMI Development and Troubleshooting
VFD and Servo Drive Configuration
Electrical Control Panel Wiring
Industrial Sensors and Pneumatics
Electrical Drawing Reading
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
