Roles & Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients, target markets, and industry trends.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with potential customers.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market presence and business growth.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking activities to generate business.
Monitor competitors' activities, pricing,



and market trends to identify business opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by the management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and maintaining qualified communication.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain confidentiality of company information, client data, and business strategies.

Travelling Requirement
The role requires regular travel for client meetings, business development activities, market visits, exhibitions, seminars, and other official assignments.
The employee should be willing to travel locally as well as outstation, as and when required by the Company.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
