Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Recent Product Development (NPD) initiatives within the Defense - STG segment, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and defense industry standards.
Develop and implement advanced process control methodologies to optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in stainless steel manufacturing.
Collaborate with R&D;, engineering, and quality assurance teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in product design and manufacturing processes.
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of defense-specific metallurgical products and solutions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant defense regulations, industry standards, and internal quality management systems.
Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to enhance product reliability and process stability.




Drive stakeholder engagement across internal departments and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and project alignment.
Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and defense clients.Heat Treatment & Process Optimization
Establish and monitor heat treatment cycles and metallurgical parameters.
Improve hardness, toughness, strength, ductility, and grain structure through process optimization.Reduce rejection, rework, and process variation.-
