Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth execution of operations.
Process, track, and monitor orders from receipt to delivery.
Prepare and maintain quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery records, and other operational documents.
Follow up with vendors regarding deliveries, documentation, and pending commitments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Track pending tasks, identify delays, and proactively resolve issues.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency using Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for drafting communication, creating templates, summarizing reports, and improving productivity.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BMS, MBA preferred).
2 years of experience; freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
Positive written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Based in Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, Bhiwandi, or nearby locations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
