As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle inbound customer calls, understand their queries, and provide effective solutions while ensuring a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a excellent experience
Maintain a good rapport with customers
Follow company processes and quality standards




Document customer interactions accurately in the system

Required Skills:
Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English
Active listening and problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work in rotational shifts
Team player with a positive attitude
