Sales Manager - Job Roles & Responsibilities (Real Estate)
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
Build relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and deal negotiations.
Ensure timely follow-ups and successful closures.
Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and operations teams.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
