Generate current customers through outbound calling, referrals, networking, and field visits.
Advise clients on Motor, Health, Term, Travel, and Business Insurance.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure timely renewals.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Meet monthly sales targets.
Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Confident speaking with customers over phone and in person.
Passion for sales and customer service.
Basic computer knowledge.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Experience in sales, banking, insurance, telecom, or financial services is mandatory.

Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000-30,000 per month (depending on experience)
