Job Summary

Skyseed Lighters Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and result-oriented Sales Professionals to expand market presence and drive sales growth for its cigarette lighter product range across Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Achievement & Business Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate current business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and modern trade channels.
Conduct regular market visits to increase retailer coverage and order generation.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.




Execute sales promotion activities and market development programs.
Expand market share and improve product visibility.

Distribution & Channel Management
Ensure continuous product availability across assigned territories.
Coordinate with distributors for stock management and timely order fulfillment.
Monitor secondary sales and retail off-take.
Implement effective route planning and beat management.
Appoint and develop new distributors where required.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Reporting & Market Intelligence
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, orders, and market feedback.
Provide insights on customer requirements and emerging market opportunities.
Analyze sales performance and recommend growth strategies.
