Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate service team activities.
Field work
Manage both office operations and field service activities.
Handle customer service requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Prepare service reports and maintain records.
Coordinate with clients, technicians, and management.
Ensure quality standards and company procedures are followed.
Conduct site visits and oversee field operations whenever required.
Required Skills:
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling abilities.
Knowledge of service operations and reporting.
Ability to manage office and field staff effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
