Kadkraft Systems is looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to drive business development across Western India.

Since 1991, Kadkraft has been helping manufacturers Design | Build | Inspect with advanced engineering solutions covering CAD, CAE, manufacturing simulation, additive manufacturing, 3D scanning and quality inspection.

What you'll be responsible for
Develop and execute the sales strategy for Western India
Build relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers and other manufacturing companies
Identify new opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
Engage CXOs, Engineering Heads, R&D; and Manufacturing teams
Drive the complete sales cycle - prospecting → technical engagement → proposal → negotiation → closure




Work closely with application and technical teams for demos, evaluations and benchmarks
Represent Kadkraft at industrial exhibitions, seminars and customer events
Achieve revenue targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts

What we're looking for

Must-have:
5+ years of B2B sales experience in CAD/CAE, industrial software, engineering services or manufacturing solutions
Proven experience selling to automotive OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers
CAD and CAE exposure is a must - candidates must be comfortable discussing engineering design and simulation requirements
Strong understanding of the automotive and up-to-date manufacturing ecosystem
Awareness of emerging industry sectors and trends such as EVs, robotics, mechatronics, tool & die design, digital manufacturing and advanced engineering
Robust network among engineering, R&D;, manufacturing and product development teams
