About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting & Bookkeeping Officer to support an Australian accounting and advisory practice. The role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for multiple clients, including reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and assistance with BAS, IAS, and GST preparation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling 40+ client files , maintaining accurate records, meeting deadlines, communicating professionally with clients and stakeholders, and working with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients, including data entry, reconciliations, and payroll.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) .
Prepare and reconcile
