About the Role We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers and Senior Sales Specialists to drive new business, manage key accounts, and grow our Engineering Services portfolio across the USA market .

Generate and close recent business across Structural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Civil Infrastructure Engineering services.

Own the complete sales cycle, territory pipeline, revenue targets, and Q-o-Q growth plans .

Generate leads and build relationships with Steel fabricators, Erectors, Contractors, EPC/EPCM/EC companies, Consulting engineering firms, and Industrial organizations .

Identify opportunities across EPC, EPCM, EC, Design-Build, and Design-Bid-Build project models.

Develop and grow strategic key accounts , ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
