Supervision Received:
Receives technical and operational guidance from assigned Area Construction Manager or other assigned supervising manager.

Supervision Exercised:
Provides technical and administrative direction to contractors.

Contacts:
Jobsite contacts are with jobsite personnel including subcontractors/craft specialists and the customers resident engineering and operating personnel to coordinate construction activities.

Major Responsibilities:
Monitors and organizes subcontractor activities, through coordination and instruction of subcontractor s management staff within the area of responsibility.
Monitors subcontractor construction schedules, resource charts, and material and equipment requirements.
Reviews subcontractor construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements.
Coordinates the construction operations impact on external interfaces to ensure they coincide with the overall established schedules.
Monitors installation of materials and equipment to assure conformance with drawings, specifications, vendor,



and other requirements
Enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction management.
Supports Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents
Coordinates engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals.
Coordinates with engineering on constructability issues

Education and Experience Requirements:
A recognized degree in Electrical engineering or scientific discipline. Actual work experience leading to a thorough understanding of the technical knowledge described above.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
Technical knowledge of all phases of Electrical construction activities relating to a single or multiple area including testing methods.
