Role Overview
As a Catalog Manager, this person will take ownership of the product catalog, ensuring all product data is accurate, well-structured, and consistently maintained. Will also manage client-specific pricing configurations and actively work to improve product discovery and cross-sell prospects across the platform. Role will directly impact customer satisfaction, sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage creation, upload, and maintenance of product listings on Shopify
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all catalog data including specifications, descriptions, images, tags, and pricing
Maintain and update catalog structure, including categories, collections, and filters
Collaborate with category managers, suppliers, and internal teams to onboard recent products efficiently
Manage pricing updates and configurations, including setting client-specific pricing based on agreed terms, volume, or purchase history
Regularly audit and cleanse catalog data to ensure consistency and relevance
