Responsibilities of In office L1 Engineer:
Handle AV related issues in MPH and providing basic support for the events and meetings.
Coordinate and follow up with internal teams, vendors, or OEMs.
Educating or clarifying users quires.
Monitor and verify the device's health status in the town hall setup.
Assist project head in maintaining equipment inventory list for the product in the MPH setup.
Configuration Backup of devices if required.
Escalate issues to the respective OEM or respective vendor as and when required.
Coordinate with OEM/Vendor for the replacement of equipment in case of hardware failure.
