Job description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a large logistics park. The ideal candidate will ensure productive operations across multiple domains including security, housekeeping, technical services, vendor coordination, and tenant relations. This role demands a proactive leader capable of ensuring operational excellence and delivering a seamless experience to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Park Operations Management
Oversee the overall functioning and upkeep of the logistics park.
Ensure smooth coordination among various service departments.

Security Management
Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard people, goods, and infrastructure.
Supervise the performance of the security team and liaise with security agencies.
Conduct regular security audits and emergency preparedness drills.

Housekeeping
Manage cleaning staff and ensure cleanliness across the entire premises.
Establish and monitor schedules for waste disposal, pest control, and sanitation.





Vendor Management
Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for services such as security, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.
Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Technical Services
Coordinate maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other infrastructure.
Schedule routine inspections and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Work with technicians and external contractors for timely repairs and upgrades.

Tenant Handling
Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenants within the logistics park.
Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with lease terms and park regulations.
Facilitate smooth move-ins, move-outs, and operational support.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
