Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site visits to potential and ongoing project locations.
Collect and document project details including contractor and builder information.
Identify material requirements for both commercial and residential projects.
Build and maintain robust relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers.
Support sales team with project-related data and follow-up for potential leads.
Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
