Roles & Responsibilities:
SAP SuccessFactors Lead:
Lead the overall SAP SuccessFactors implementation and integration strategy for Fitch, ensuring that all solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP SuccessFactors-related activities, including overseeing the technical, functional, and integration requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure that SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, LMS, Recruiting, Onboarding) are properly implemented.
Manage integration projects across multiple systems, ensuring that data flows seamlessly between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications.
Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring effective knowledge
